Shipping Policy

Due to the current COVID-19 situation, please allow at least 1-2 weeks for shipping.


PROCESSING
Here at The Glow House, we value your health and have implemented safety procedures throughout our business. All orders will be processed and packed in a sanitized environment. After placing your order, please allow 2-3 business days for processing. We will notify you when your order has shipped!

Note: Once we’ve dropped off your order to be shipped, we do not have any control over weather, environment, delivery, or any matter handled by the shipping distributor.

Refund policy

At The Glow House, we want to ensure that you’re satisfied with the quality of your products. If you are not are happy with your purchase, please contact us at gina@theglow.house.

However, please know that we are not able to accept returns or requests for exchanges due to safety concerns caused by COVID-19. Any returns or exchanges will accumulate into store-credit only. 

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including custom products (e.g, special orders or personalized items), personal care goods (e.g, beauty products), sale items and gift cards. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

EXCHANGES

Due to the current situation with COVID-19, we are unable to accept any exchanges. Any returns or exchanges will accumulate into store-credit only.
